Simon was made a director at Unusual Rigging in April 2018. He joined the company in 1998 after almost 10 years as Head Flyman at Glyndebourne Opera House and is responsible for major theatre productions and touring shows. A Qualified NRC Level 3 Rigger, Simon’s most notable projects include Shrek, Betty Blue Eyes, The Wizard of Oz, Love Never Dies, Priscilla, Legally Blonde, The Railway Children, Les Miserables and Mary Poppins.
